Tbsp sugar

clove garlic, minced

onion, peeled and diced

can tomatoes, strained and diced

cup beef stock

leftover cabbage rolls, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Heat oil and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and cook until soft and slightly golden. Add bay leaf and tomatoes. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add beef stock and chopped cabbage rolls. Cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. To serve, ladle into bowls and top with sour cream.
