butternut squash

Tbsp butter, more to taste
Salt and pepper

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400F/200C. Halve the squash lengthwise and lay, face-dowon on a baking sheet. Bake until the flesh of the squash is completely soft, about half an hour. Remove and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with butter to taste. Sason with salt and pepper. Serve.
