onion, chopped

green pepper, chopped

tsp (2 ml) chilli powder

cup (50 ml) tomato juice

cup (500 ml) Tostitos® Salsa

bag Tostitos® Restaurant Style tortilla chips

Step 1
In non-stick skillet, sautee beef over medium-high heat, breaking up with spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain off any fat.
Step 2
Add onion, green pepper and chilli powder; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Tostitos® Salsa and tomato juice; bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon meat mixture on Tostitos® Restaurant Style tortilla chips and serve.
