Treat yourself to this easy-to-make trifle fit for a king (or queen)!

Melt the chocolate in microwave and mix with cream until smooth. Cool.
Cream mascarpone in a bowl. Add the white chocolate mixture to mascarpone and fold together until smooth.
Blanch peaches for 30 seconds in boiling water. Drop into ice water. Remove from ice water and peel.
Remove pits and cut into thin slices.
Melt butter in a skillet, add honey and orange juice.
Add peaches and toss gently till coated.
Add orange liqueur and allow to come to simmer.
Remove from heat.
Lift peaches from pan onto a small cookie sheet, spread out to a single layer, and place in the fridge. Pour peach liquid into a shallow bowl for the ladyfingers.
Whip cream and sugar to firm peaks.
Melt sugar, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Add almonds and stir to coat.
Spread mixture on a buttered baking sheet to cool.
Place on a cutting board and hit firmly with a large knife to break into pieces.
Combine orange liqueur, peach liquid, and orange juice together in a shallow bowl.
Soak ladyfingers in the liquid.
Alternate layers of ladyfingers, peach slices and mascarpone mousse in martini glasses.
Finish with whipped cream and top dessert with almond brittle.
Serve at once.
