cup (60 mL) butter

cup (75 mL) liquid honey
⅓
cup (75 mL) soy sauce

cloves cloves garlic, chopped

Tbsp (30 mL) freshly grated ginger

lb(s) (675 g) salmon meat

Step 1
In heavy-bottomed pan, cook butter, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger over medium-high heat, stirring, until thick.
Step 2
Add salmon; cook, turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork (time depends on how thick you cut the slices). Don’t overcook salmon!
