The flavours of a tuna melt wrapped up in an easy lunch snack.

can tuna packed in oil, drained
½
avocado

tbsp mayonnaise
½
carrot, grated
salt

- 6 large slices Provolone cheese

Step 1
In a bowl, mix tuna, avocado, mayo and grated carrot. Season with salt to taste.
Step 2
Spoon a tablespoon of tuna mixture along centre of cheese lengthwise. Roll cheese around tuna from bottom to top. Place cheese roll seam side down in an airtight plastic container. Repeat with remaining slices of cheese.
