In addition to being a vivacious host and personality, Eden graduated from London’s Le Cordon Bleu. She has a Grande Diplome in both pastry and cuisine.

Tahini! Eden told Glamour that the sesame seed sauce is her favourite way to add protein to vegetarian dishes.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Eden travelled the world. She volunteered with a variety of organizations, including an orphanage in India called Ramana’s Garden. She helped re-open the orphanage’s café to help raise funds.

The Food Network! Eden told Maxim that although she didn’t grow up around chefs and cooking, she was raised on a steady diet of Food Network shows, and loved watching Rachael Ray, Nigella Lawson, and Jamie Oliver.

In addition to appearing on Food Network Canada shows, Eden is also a food host and star in the US. She currently lives in New York City, and travels the world in search of good eats.

Eden moved to NYC after returning from India, and produced her first video reel, a 15-minute edition of Eden Eats, with the help of a friend. From that one clip, a career was born.

“I’ve been watching Chopped Canada from the beginning – I’m a huge fan!,” Eden tells us. “But it’s almost to the point where I can’t watch it before I go to bed because my adrenaline just goes through the roof!”
