Ahi and Avocado Mixture

oz Fresh sashimi grade Ahi, ½ inch diced

avocado, ½ inch diced
1
pinch shichimi togarashi

Tbsp Hawaiian Red Sea Salt

Tbsp soy sauce
½
tsp rice wine vinegar

oz Ogo, chopped (Optional)

tsp Sriracha sauce
1
tsp Truffle Oil
1
tsp Rayu (hot sesame seed oil)

tsp Furikake
1
tsp white sesame seeds
Wasabi Aioli
½
cup kewpie mayonnaise
¼
cup Wasabi
½
cup Water

Limes, juiced
Salt & pepper, to taste

Step 1
Gently toss ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together wasabi powder & water to form a loose paste. Add mayonnaise and continue to whisk until smooth. Add limejuice and honey. Season with black pepper to taste.
Step 3
Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with wasabi aioli. Place a small mound of ahi & avocado mixture in center of glass.
