Baked Brie is delicious, but have you ever tried air fryer Brie? Top it with caramelized pears and you have the ultimate holiday appetizer! Best of all, this comes together quickly, making it a great addition to any party. I like for the Brie to have a crunchy exterior so a quick breading with panko does the trick. You’ll get the perfect bite of crispy and cheesy Brie — paired with the decadent caramelized pears. The combo together is the ultimate chef’s kiss!

Bread the Brie wheel: first in flour, then egg wash and finally panko breadcrumbs. Make sure to get all sides!
Place in an air fryer. For easy removal, it’s best to use an air fryer sheet or parchment paper.
Spray the top with oil and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Air fryer times vary, start checking in on your Brie around 10 minutes to ensure it stays intact.
While the Brie is in the air fryer, prepare your pears. Quarter pears, removing core. Cut into slices.
Heat a medium skillet over low to medium heat and melt butter. Add in brown sugar and stir. Toss in sliced pears. Let cook for 2 minutes. Stir frequently and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes. The juice from the pears will prevent them from burning.
Add in vanilla and toss to combine for another 1 minute.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Remove Brie and plate. Top with pears and drizzle the remaining liquid on top.
Garnish with rosemary or other greenery and enjoy!
