In a large pot of salted boiling water blanch the Brussels sprouts for 1 minute. Immediately submerge into an ice bath to halt the cooking process. Strain the sprouts and pat dry before transferring to a mixing bowl.
Toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a preheated air fryer at 375°F degrees and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix in the garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until crispy. Remove from heat. Add the balsamic glaze and Parmesan.
Transfer to serving plate and garnish with additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
