Growing up, fajita night was always a favourite in my house! You can load them up with toppings and sprinkle on *all* the cheddar cheese. Thanks to our trusted air fryer, fajita night just became a whole lot easier. Think of this recipe as one bowl chicken fajitas!

ingredients

boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

tsp chili powder
1
tsp smoked paprika
1
tsp cumin
¼
teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

medium bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, green or mixed)
1
medium red onion, sliced
2
cloves garlic, minced

tortillas
Sour cream, to serve
Salsa, to serve
Guacamole, to serve
Grated cheddar, to serve
Cilantro, to garnish

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl add the chicken, olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
Step 2
Add the peppers, red onion and garlic. Toss until evenly mixed.
Step 3
Transfer to a preheated air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 375°F, tossing halfway through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Divide mixture evenly amongst 12 tortillas. Top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and cheddar. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
