In a large mixing bowl whisk together maple syrup, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
Add the pork tenderloin and toss to coat. Let marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 375ºF. Transfer marinated pork tenderloin to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Rotate, pour leftover marinade over the pork and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Until the internal temperature reaches 150ºF.
Let stand for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
