Crisp apple slices with crunchy peanut butter and granola are great as a snack or as part of your breakfast.

Granny Smith apple, skin on, cored and sliced crosswise

red apple skin on, cored and sliced crosswise (see Cook's Note)

cup crunchy peanut butter
½
cup granola

tbsp Cinnamon Sugar, recipe follows
Cinnamon Sugar
½
cup sugar

tsp ground cinnamon

Notes
Cook's NoteThe apples need to be of equal size.
Step 1
Spread all the apple slices except the top slice with peanut butter.
Step 2
Sprinkle granola and cinnamon sugar over the peanut butter.
Step 3
Stack the apples, alternating between red and green slices.
Step 4
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Step 5
Mix sugar and cinnamon together until blended.
