This recipe is inspired by the Nuu-chah-nulth First Nations diet on Vancouver Island’s rugged west coast. Halibut is an historically important food source for many First Nations in coastal communities.
Why I love this recipe
It uses local ingredients from the Pacific Northwest and halibut is very tasty and ultra low in fat.
