You can roast it, fry it, and now with this recipe you can barbecue a full turkey!

ingredients

cup white wine vinegar
⅓
cup vegetable oil

Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

tsp Dijon mustard

Step 1
Remove neck and giblets from turkey.
Step 2
Rinse and pat turkey dry inside and out.
Step 3
Secure neck skin to back, tie wings to body, tuck in or tie legs together securely with string.
Step 4
Place turkey, breast side up, on greased grill over indirect medium heat.
Step 5
Close lid and cook, brushing several times with glaze, for about 3 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in centre of thigh next to body registers 185 degrees F (85 degrees C).
Step 6
Remove to cutting board and tent with foil; let stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Step 7
Whisk together vinegar, oil, rosemary and mustard; set aside.
