Ribs and Marinade

lb(s) pork baby back ribs
1 12-oz
bottle Steam Whistle Pilsner
2
oranges, sliced
2
shallots, sliced
6
stalks lemongrass, chopped
2 2-inch
pieces ginger, peeled and grated
½
cup vegetable oil
¼
cup olive oil
½
tsp salt
½
tsp pepper
Barbeque Sauce

Tbsp butter
1
onion, chopped
¼
cup Steam Whistle Pilsner
4
cup ketchup

Tbsp lemon juice
2
Tbsp orange juice
¼
cup cider vinegar
⅓
cup brown sugar
½
cup Worcestershire sauce

chipotle chiles, chopped

cup water

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except ribs and mix well. Marinate the back ribs for 24 hours.
Step 2
Grill on BBQ or bake in oven at 375ºF. Brush with BBQ sauce.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients well. Brush ribs while on the grill.
