cup crumble blue cheese (60 ml)
handful chopped parsley
Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
dash hot sauce, to taste

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir in the blue cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
