ingredients

ounces pasta, cooked per package directions -I'm using a Ricciole noodle here

cups chopped packed romaine
2-3
cups chopped kale

tsp olive oil
½
cup Caesar dressing , plus more as needed

cups chopped roasted or grilled chicken breast
cup grated Parmesan

For the croutons (yields 2 cups)

slices country or sourdough bread

tbsp olive oil

tsp oregano

Caesar Pasta Salad prep
Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Dice bread into equal-sized pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.

Step 3

Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden, tossing halfway through. Remove and let cool.

Step 4

Add kale and romaine to a bowl. Add oil and toss together. Add half of the dressing and combine. 

Step 5

Toss in cooled pasta, chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons. Top with remaining dressing and combine. 

Step 6

Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
