A rich chocolate and mocha cake topped with sweet caramel sauce.

Mix together dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Add the wet to the dry, stirring until well blended.
Pour into ramekins and cook, 3 dishes at a time, in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes. Cool cakes in ramekins for 5-7 minutes, then remove and continue cooling on cooking rack. Serve with ice cream, caramel sauce and toasted pecans.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add the other three ingredients and stir continuously while gently boiling for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
