cup (1.125 l) large potatoes, thinly sliced

cup (375 ml) onion, finely chopped

cup (750 ml) broccoli, chopped

oz (170 g) thinly sliced ham

cup (310 ml) milk

Tbsp (30 ml) flour

tsp (2 ml) salt

tsp (2 ml) pepper

cup (625 ml) grated Canadian Swiss cheese

Step 1
In a greased deep 2-quart baking dish, layer in order: half the potato with 2/3 cup (160 mL) cheese mixed in, half the onion, all the ham, and all the broccoli
Step 2
Remaining potato with 2/3 cup (160 mL) cheese mixed in remaining onion, flour and seasonings. Pour milk over top. Cover with remaining cheese.
Step 3
Bake, uncovered, at 375 °F (190 °C) until potatoes are fork-tender, about 60-90 minutes.
