zucchini, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)

avocado

cup tahini
¼
cup fresh lemon juice

Tbsp olive oil

inch fresh ginger

clove garlic (or a full one, if your friends can handle it)

Pinch of cayenne (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 2
Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
Step 3
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
