Tbsp butter or olive oil

boneless chicken thighs cut into ¼” strips
¼
cup curry powder (or more, to taste)
¼
cup Cherry Craisins
¼
cup golden raisins

Tbsp pine nuts

pkg WACKY MAC cooked to package specifications

Step 1
Heat butter or olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and curry powder to pan, mix well, and sauté until chicken is cooked through, about five minutes. Add WACKY MAC, Crasins, raisins and pine nuts to pan, toss to mix evenly. Can be served immediately warm, or later at room temperature or chilled.
