Every now and then, we stumble upon a recipe that is so insanely delicious, it will leave you in disbelief at how simple it is. This air fryer pork belly is one of those recipes. Thick, bite-sized pieces of pork belly are coated with a simple dry rub of five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to make the most juicy, succulent main or poppable appetizer. We love this Chinese-inspired seasoning, but you can play around with your favourite herbs and spices to customize your dry rub. Pair it with a simple bowl of steamed rice and Chinese greens for the perfect easy meal that’s ready in under 30 minutes.
