Thick, bite-sized pieces of pork belly are coated with a simple dry rub of five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to make the most juicy, succulent main or poppable appetizer. We love this Chinese-inspired seasoning, but you can play around with your favourite herbs and spices to customize your dry rub. Pair it with a simple bowl of steamed rice and Chinese greens for the perfect easy meal that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

Cut pork belly into ½-inch pieces.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, toss pork belly pieces with all seasonings.

Step 4
