This recipe is a great jumping off point; you can add almost any meat or vegetable you like. Try it with chicken or shrimp!
Feel free to substitute any pasta type you like. Remember, if you add chunks of meat or vegetables then a chunkier noodle like penne or rigatoni will work better. Conversely, more delicate additions, such as spinach or fine herbs, lend themselves to finer noodles like spaghettini or linguine.

Cook fettuccine according to instructions on box, set aside.
Simmer wine and cracked black pepper in a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat until reduced by half.
Add stock and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add cooked and drain noodles, chopped parsley and parmesan cheese and stir to coat noodles completely.
Serve in a warm serving bowl or on pasta plates.
