directions
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
In a bowl combine dressing and Tex-Mex seasoning.
Spray a foil lined pan with cooking spray.
Kids: Brush both sides of one fish filet with dressing mixture.
Adults: Add chili powder to the remaining dressing and brush both sides of remaining filets with dressing mixture. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes.
Remove fish from oven and flake into pieces. Place flaked fish in bottom of tacos and top with salsa, lettuce and tomato. Drizzle with lime dressing.
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lime zest and lime juice. Reserve.
In a bowl combine strawberries, avocado, lime juice and parsley, if using. Reserve.
In a bowl combine mango, avocado, lime juice and cilantro, if using. Reserve.
