lb(s) fresh cultured blue mussels, steamed and shucked

cup 35% cream

Tbsp butter
1
lb(s) crab leg meat, chopped and cooked
1
lb(s) coldwater shrimp, cooked and peeled
1
lb(s) cod fillet, cooked and cubed
½
cup cheddar cheese, grated
1
cup parmesan cheese, grated
Linguine pasta (1-2 packages)

pinch white pepper, freshly ground

Step 1
Cook linguine according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Pour cream into large pot. Add pepper (to taste) and butter.
Step 3
Reduce heat slightly. Stir in fresh blue mussels, fish and shellfish. Add cheeses. Blend well.
Step 4
Gently stir in linguine and serve immediately.
