cup unsalted butter, melted

cup regular rolled oats (not quick cook)

cup golden raisins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment so that it hangs over the sides.
Step 2
For base, stir melted butter and sugars together. Add flour, oats, cinnamon and salt and bland. Press mixture into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes, until browned. Allow to cool.
Step 3
For topping, beat eggs and sugar with electric beaters until fluffy. Fold in flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then stir in raisins and coconut. Spread over cooled base and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
