This alcohol-free east coast spin on the classic Caesar substitutes salt with dulse seaweed powder from the middle of the Bay of Fundy in Grand Manan, New Brunswick.

- 2 pinches dulse seaweed powder
handful ice cubes

pinch fresh horseradish, grated

shakes hot sauce
3
shakes Worcestershire sauce
1
cup tomato juice
splash clam or oyster juice

Step 1
Cut half a lime into wedges.
Step 2
Rim 16 ounce glass with lime wedge.
Step 3
Dredge lime juice ram into dulse powder (dulse seaweed from Dark Harbour, Grand Manan, New Brunswick).
Step 4
Fill glass halfway with ice.
Step 5
Add pinch of dulse powder, pinch of fresh grated horseradish, three shakes of hot sauce, three shakes of Worcestershire sauce and the juice of half a lime freshly squeezed.
Step 6
Top with tomato juice.
Step 7
Add splash of clam or oyster juice. Garnish glass with lime wedge and serve.
