Tiramisu gets a pick-me-up from sunny citrus are tart blackberries. Individual portions means this is a mess-free, make-ahead entertaining option. These no-bake treats look fancy, but couldn’t be easier to prepare.

In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth. Slowly add sugar and beat until creamy. Scrape down sides and beat on high until lump-free. Add cream and beat on high for 10 seconds. Scrape down sides and beat on high until lump-free and creamy; continue to beat for 1 minute, until smooth, creamy and voluminous. Add orange flower water, if using, vanilla and orange zest.
Transfer half of mixture to a medium bowl. Set aside.
To half of mixture remaining in mixer, add cocoa powder and espresso and beat until combined. Set aside.
In each of 3 small glass jars or glass parfait cups, add 1 Tbsp crumbled ladyfingers. Top with 2 Tbsp vanilla orange cream, 1 Tbsp more crumbled lady fingers, 2 Tbsp chocolate orange cream, orange or mandarin slices, 2 Tbsp more chocolate orange cream, 2 blackberries, 1 Tbsp more crumbled lady fingers and remaining vanilla orange cream.
Dust tops with additional cocoa powder and a sprinkle of ladyfingers. Garnish with additional orange zest and 1 blackberry. Serve immediately (for crunchier ladyfinger layers) or chill for up to 8 hours (preferred; for softer and more flavourful the ladyfinger layers).
