- 24 fresh oysters

cup panko breadcrumbs

cloves fresh garlic, minced

Step 1
Add minced garlic and panko breadcrumbs to butter and stir until a good ball is formed.
Step 2
Shuck oysters and leave on the half shell.
Step 3
Tip out part of oyster liquor. Cover oysters with garlic butter.
Step 4
Broil in toaster oven for 3-5 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
Step 5
Serve hot.
