directions
In a large pot, melt butter, then flour and stir with a wooden spoon cooking for about 3-5 minutes.
Slowly whisk in the whipping cream (it will get thicker before it gets thinner), then add the balance of the ingredients.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours. Strain, then add cheddar and season with salt to your liking. Reserve for later.
In a large pot, add water and heat bringing water to a rolling boil.
Add noodles and cook for 8 minutes while continuously stirring.
Strain noodles, then add a dash of vegetable oil and allow to cool down. Set aside.
In a pan, gently warm up the Mornay sauce. You may need a little cream to thin it out or help it melt.
Combine your noodles, lobster, cheddar cheese to the Mornay sauce. Taste it to see if it needs any additional salt.
Stir well and make sure everything is evenly coated and warm. Transfer macaroni and lobster mix into 8 individual oven safe bowls and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let cool for five minutes before diving in.
