bag frozen mango chunks, thawed
1 14-oz
can sweetened condensed milk

Tbsp grated fresh ginger

tsp cardamom
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime

Special equipment: About 20 small paper cups and ice-pop sticks; Note: Total time includes freezing time.

Step 1

Put the mango, condensed milk, ginger, cardamom and lime zest and juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Distribute the mixture among the paper cups, add the ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
