oz Clamato or Walter's Mild Caesar Mix

dashes lime pepper hot sauce

dashes Worcestershire sauce
2
oz Iceberg vodka
½
oz maple syrup

wedge lime

Step 1
Lay bacon out in strips on a baking sheet and cover in maple syrup and brown sugar. Bake at 375ºF until bacon until the fat has been rendered.
Step 2
Rim a tall chilled glass with Amola Caesar Salt Mix.
Step 3
In the rimmed glass, mix: 2 oz Iceberg Vodka, 5 oz Clamato or Walter’s, 2 dashes hot sauce and 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce. Stir until properly mixed. Add ice.
Step 4
Garnish with a lime wedge, cooled candied bacon and celery stalk. Drizzle a touch or maple syrup over top.
