Blueberry Yogurt Dip

cup plain Greek yogurt

tbsp honey

cup blueberries

vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped out

Step 1
Thread the blueberries, pineapple chunks and raspberries onto small 3 1/2-inch bamboo skewers in any order you like.
Step 2
Add the Greek yogurt, honey, blueberries and vanilla seeds to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Serve the fruit kebabs with the yogurt dip.
