Shallot Dressing

shallots – finely chopped

Tbsp red wine vinegar
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Bloody Mary Dressing
150
mL tomato juice
small piece of horseradish – freshly grated
dash of sherry
1
tsp of celery salt
dash of worestershire sauce
splash of tabasco

Step 1
In a bowl, stir together the shallots, red wine vinegar. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and set aside
Step 2
For the Bloody Mary Dressing; mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
