In our Secrets From the Kitchen series, Food Network Canada recipe developers share their best cooking secrets for their favourite recipes. On today’s menu: Gigi Madanipour’s Pomegranate Rose Cocktail.
This sparkly, floral drink will pair perfectly with any holiday appetizer you’re serving this year. The rose water is the secret to giving this drink a memorable flavour. Rose water is common in Persian desserts, but it’s great in drinks, too! This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled depending on how many guests you’re hosting. Plus, you can make it non-alcoholic by swapping in your favourite sparkling water for the Prosecco, and omitting the gin or swapping in a non-alcoholic spirit.
