cup (250 mL) cold water

pkg (2 lbs/1 kg) frozen French fries, prepared according to package directions

oz (180 g) cheese curds (or chopped fresh mozzarella cheese)

Step 1

Combine Knorr® Turkey Classic Roast Gravy Mix with 1 cup (250 ml) water (instead of 1 ¼ cup/300 ml water in package directions) in small saucepan with wire whisk.

Step 2

Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until gravy is thickened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Top hot French fries with gravy, then with cheese curds. Serve immediately.
