cup crushed corn chips

cup salsa
¾
cup cooked ground, chopped or sliced meat (chicken, beef, pepperoni, sausage, etc.)

cup frozen vegetables, defrosted
1
cup shredded Canadian Mozzarella or Havarti

Step 1
In a large microwave-proof bowl, layer crushed corn chips, salsa, meat and vegetables. Cover with cheese.
Step 2
Cook in microwave oven for 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from microwave, wait a few minutes before eating (it’s really hot!).
