In honor of berry season, we’re giving the classic lime tequila cocktail a ravishing red makeover. This raspberry habanero frozen margarita features a boatload of fresh raspberries, habanero-infused tequila, raspberry liqueur, agave syrup and a hint of lime juice blended with ice. This berry-forward beverage is a worthy addition to any sun-soaked gathering.

There's a freezing/infusing time of 8 hours, so plan accordingly.
Pour the tequila into a small jar. Add the habanero. Seal and let sit at room temperature overnight.
Arrange the raspberries on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper and transfer them to the freezer. Let freeze overnight.
The next day roll the rims of four glasses in a little agave syrup. Give them a shake to remove excess drips. Roll them in the Tajín and transfer them to the freezer. Chill the glasses for at least 15 minutes.
Place ice cubes in a blender. Strain in the habanero tequila and discard the habanero. Add the frozen raspberries, the lime juice, agave syrup, and the raspberry liqueur. Blend on high until smooth.
Spoon the margarita mixture into the chilled glasses and garnish with additional fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
