In a large bowl with a wooden spoon or in a stand mixer using the dough hook, combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add the water and stir until a soft ball forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured work surface or in the stand mixer.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a clean, lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let rest in a warm, humid place for at least 1 hour (ideally 2 hours), or until the dough has doubled in size.
Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a circle approximately 14 inches (35 cm) in diameter. Place directly on the grill and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
Reduce the heat to low. Flip the crust over and brush the grilled side with the almond butter. Garnish with the chocolate and marshmallows. Close the lid and continue cooking until the marshmallows are golden brown or melted.
Let cool on a wooden board before serving.
