cup pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
½
cup walnut pieces

Tbsp coconut oil
2
Tbsp nutritional yeast
½
Tbsp sea salt
½
Tbsp garlic powder

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat pepitas.
Step 2
Lay mixture flat on a greased baking sheet and place in 325F oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3
To keep nutritional value of seeds: Cover your seeds in it’s mix for 2 hours. If it’s a dry mix, add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Then, place your seeds in a dehydrator or in the oven at the lowest temperature.
