A delicious way to get kids to eat salmon’s healthy Omega 3 oils.

can salmon, drained, skin discarded

Tbsp finely chopped celery
2
Tbsp roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
2
Tbsp mayonnaise or whipped dressing
1
tsp lemon juice
pinch pepper
2
small pita breads (4-inches diameter)

Step 1
In bowl, mix together salmon, celery, sunflower seeds, mayonnaise or whipped dressing, lemon juice and pepper until salmon is well coated with mayonnaise (or dressing).
Step 2
Cut pita breads in half and carefully open pockets.
Step 3
Fill with salmon salad.
