Step 1
Just before serving, halve, pit, and peel the avocados. Immediately drizzle over lemon juice to prevent browning. Cut into cubes and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and soy. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt. Scatter over the sesame seeds. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with picks.
