Dressing

cup rice wine vinegar

cup peanut oil

tsp sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the salad ingredients. Add the dressing and toss gently. Check seasoning and serve.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and stir until the sugar is dissolved, set aside.
