can cranberry sauce, chilled

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp port
1
tsp chopped fresh thyme, plus 1 sprig, for garnish
Zest of 1/2 orange plus juice of 1 orange

Step 1
Tip the cranberry sauce into a bowl, add the maple syrup, port, chopped thyme and orange zest and juice and stir through. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
