strawberries, hulled and cut in half

cup baby arugula

cup walnuts, chopped

Tbsp goat cheese

Tbsp olive oil

Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix strawberries, arugula and walnuts. Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss. Plate the salad, and top with goat cheese.
