oz cheese, gorgonzola, crumbled

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Step 2
In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; cook onions stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until starting to turn golden.
Step 3
Add sugar and vinegar; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until almost no liquid remains.
Step 4
Remove from heat; stir in salt.
Step 5
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread onions over top; sprinkle with rosemary.
Step 6
Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 7
Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Step 8
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
