g king shrimp, raw

g mange tout peas

red pepper, sliced

sachets Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce

Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok and add the shrimp, stir fry for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the vegetables and stir fry for a further minute.
Step 3
Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 4
Serve with rice or noodles.
