In a large shallow bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Dredge the chicken tenders in the cornstarch mixture until they are well coated. Shake off the excess and transfer to a plate.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken tenders in a single layer and cook them until they are golden on one side, about three minutes. Flip them and continue cooking until they are golden on the other side, two to three minutes.
Pour over the VH Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and let them simmer, flipping the chicken once or twice to coat, until the sauce begins to reduce, about two to three minutes.
Top with sesame seeds and green onion and serve immediately with sweet potato fries and steamed broccoli.
