cup (750 mL) mixed olives

sprig fresh rosemary

tsp (5 mL) dried red pepper, crushed

tsp (5 mL) lemon zest

tsp (5 mL) olive oil
rosemary sprig and lemon rind strips for garnish

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200ºC). Place first 4 ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil; drizzle with oil.
Step 2
Fold foil over olive mixture, and pinch edges to seal. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Garnish, if desired.
